This delicious molten chocolate cake is as good as what you can buy at a restaurant. My family loved it!!
1/2 cup unsalted butter, 4 oz dark chocolate, 2 eggs, 2 egg yolks, 1/4 cup sweetener (I used xylitol and splenda), 2 tsp carbquick or LC flour
How To Prepare:
Pre-heat oven to 430deg. Butter 4 ramekins. In small bowl melt chocolate and butter in the microwave (about 40 sec). Stir until melted. In a separate larger bowl whisk the eggs, sweetener, and carbquick well. Slowly pour in the choc/butter mixture until well blended. Pour into ramekins. Bake on cookie sheet for 9 minutes, the centers will be still loose. Invert onto serving plate and allow to sit for 15 sec. Serve w/ whipped cream and raspberries if you're on that level.
