Ingredients:
|
1 can pure pumpkin
1/2 t. salt
1 c. splenda/ to taste
3 eggs
1 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. ginger
1/4 t. nutmeg
1/4 t. allspice
pinch of ground cloves
1 cup of heavy cream

How To Prepare:
|
Mix all ingredients, except cream, with hand mixer, until well mixed. Then add cream and blend more.
Pour into a pam sprayed pie pan and bake at 425 degrees until set and brown, around 45 mins, approx. ovens vary
Serve with whipped cream topping.
