To save some more carb you can substitue the splenda and the water with 1 cup of davinci syrup. Coconut, vanilla of almond would be good. The Gaur gum can be substituted with some other thickener if you wish too.
2/3 cup splenda sweetener
1 teaspoon guar gum
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup water
3 large egg yolks
1 cup unsweetened coconut meat
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 large egg whites
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
6 tablespoons splenda sweetener
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut meat
1/2 cup ground almonds
1/4 cup butter
1 tablespoon splenda sweetener
How To Prepare:
Melt butter and combine with remaining Crust ingredients. Press into pie plate.
