Ingredients: 2 cups chocolate protein
1/2 cup artificial sweetener
1 tablespoon double-acting
baking powder
2 tablespoons
unsweetened cocoa
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup sour cream
3 teaspoons vanilla
3 eggs
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup oil
-- (optional -1/2 cup
chopped nuts)
How To Prepare: I use ProForMix 90% soy
protein powder in chocolate
flavor- zero carbs, but
it's sweetened with
aspartame. Adjust carbs for
your brand:)

Heat oven to 350 and spary
a 9x9 cake pan with cooking
Beat eggs and add wet
ingredients. Sift dry
ingredients together and
beat in wet ingred.
Pour into prepared pan and
bake for 35 minutes, or until
cake pulls away
from sides of pan and tests
'done' in the center.
Let cool completely before
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: 35g carbs total
