Really tasty and easy to make

A bit on the carb-y side without tweaking, play around until you're satisfied

I love these! I'm a pumpkin fan, and these make me happy! Unfortunately, the recipe needs tweaking to work really well. 1/2 cup of oil is a LOT. I cut that AT LEAST in half when I make these. Also, I use SF vanilla syrup rather than Splenda, meaning I have to cut the oil even more to make up for that extra moisture. Made "as is", the squares come out super oily and spoil more quickly than the tweaked version. Even so, these squares are a staple at my house!

I used the pumpkin pie spice and added another teaspoon of cinnamon. I also cut the oil to 1/4 cup.
These were so easy to make and very tasty. Just moist enough and the consistency is wonderful.

Had to tweak it

This was the best dessert recipe I have made so far. It looks really good too. It was gone in one meal, we all had seconds and my kids shared the last piece, they loved it.
My Tweaking -
1/4 cup of Davinci Syrup instead of splenda(I used macadamia nut, but any flavor that sounds good will work),
lower the oil to 1/4 cup.
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice and 1 tsp cinnamon
My carb count went down to 22 carbs total including the frosting. I cut it into 9 pieces.
