I was floored when I went to my favorite coffee house yesterday and ordered their Pumpkin Spice Latte. The small was 39 carbs! I was bound and determine to make my own! I use coffee instead of espresso.
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream, 3 Tb. canned pumpkin, 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice, 1 cup coffee, 3-4 packets artificial sweetner of your choice, whipped cream and cinnamon (as garnish)
How To Prepare:
Blend your cream, canned pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice until smooth (you can use a blender, or just hand blend like I did). Pour into coffee cup, add coffee, and sweetner. Stir. You can add whipped cream and cinnamon on top for garnish! (that will add a few more carbs though)
