1 Vanilla Atkins Shake (1 net carb)
1 Cup of Ice (0 Carbs)
1 Tablespoon of All Natural PB (mine is 2 Carbs)
1 Teaspoon of Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup (0 Carbs)

How To Prepare:

I use my Magic Bullet (I'm a big fan) but you can use a regular blender. : ) Just place all of the ingredients in a blender and ... viola- a shake that tastes like cake batter... MMM mmmm...
