A perfect midmorning or afternoon drink.
1/2 bottle (9ozs) of Fuze Slenderize (I used Pomegranate Acai Berry)
1 scoop vanilla whey protein power
2 Tablespoon ground flax seed
3-4 ice cubes
How To Prepare:
Put in blender until ice is crushed and WOW, a very healthy snack drink.
Number of Servings:
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known:
5 carbs/3 from whey protein/8 from 2 T flax seed & 6 grams fiber=2 net carb/1 from Fuze
5 Minutes or less
