I used Alpine s/f cider mix and peach jello, also added sweetener to my taste. You could use any flavor gelatin that sounds good to you (raspberry, cranberry, blueberry, etc.) or apple tea and s/f syrup for the jello if you donâ€™t want the aspartame. I put mine in my slow cooker to heat.
Bring cider and cinnamon stick to a boil in a saucepan. Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes. Add gelatin stirring constantly until it dissolves. Serve warm with a cinnamon stick and lemon peel curl in each cup.
