Ingredients: 3 medium strawberries, whole
1/2 cup protein powder -- vanilla
2 ounces cottage cheese
2 ounces heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
8 ounces water
1 package artificial sweetener
How To Prepare: Put everything in a blender and blend until smooth.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Wonderful taste; Quick and Easy
Cons: None!!

This is one of my staple breakfasts since I started OWL two years ago, and I still make it quite often. You will never taste a better shake. And it's healthy! What more can you ask! Try this for a break from scrambled eggs and bacon.
