1 Sandwich bag full of Roasted peeled green chiles
1 cup of Splenda
1/2 cup of Rice Wine Vinegar
How To Prepare:
put the whole roasted peeled green chiles in a bowl. If they are frozen defrost and squeeze out excess water. In the microwave heat up the splenda and vinegar for 1 minute and pour over chiles. Leave them in the fridge overnight and that is it. They are great in just about everything.
Here in NM you can but burlap sacks full of them and have them roasted outside the grocery store. We freeze them in individual sandwich bags for use in green chile stew, enchiladas etc.
