Description: This is an awesome, low carb Chicago Style pizza made with a veggie crust!! SOOOO good!
Ingredients: 2 cups steamed cauliflower (grated or chopped), 2 large eggs, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, 1 lb cooked, crumbled turkey breakfast sausage, 28-30 slices turkey pepperoni, 2 cups mushrooms, fresh are better but canned will work, 1 small can sliced black olives, 2, 2 cups bags of mozzarella cheese (additional), 1, 14 oz can tomato sauce, 2 tsp pizza seasoning spice
How To Prepare: Pre-heat oven to 350. Cook cauliflower and mix with cheese and egg. Pour into a greased springform pan. Bake 15 min or until top is set. Remove from oven and add cooked turkey sausage. Place pepperoni on top of that covering the entire pan. Layer mushrooms and olives. Fill the rest of the pan up with cheese. Mix pizza seasoning and tomato sauce. Pour over pizza. Sprinkle on some grated Parmesan cheese. Back in the oven for 30 min or until you can tell cheese is melted well.
