1 block goat cheese cut into 1 inch slices
2 eggs, whisked
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup olive oil
How To Prepare:
Heat oil in frying pan to medium high heat. Take goat cheese 1 patty at a time. Cover in eggs then parmesan cheese. Place in oil and heat 1 minute on each side. Remove and place on paper towels to remove excess oil. Serve warm.
