1 Ripe avocado (9 carbs)
1/2 Lemon's juice ( approx 2carbs)
1/4 c Plain cottage cheese (1.5 carbs)
1 cl Garlic; peeled and chopped (trace)
2 tb Coriander leaves; chopped (trace)
1 Fresh green chili pepper; chopped (seeded for milder flavor)(<1)
1/2 ts Salt or to taste
How To Prepare:
Cut the avocado in half lengthwise and remove the stone. Scoop out the flesh.
Put the lemon juice in a blender or food processor and add the avocado along with the rest of the ingredients. Blend until fairly smooth, add a little water if necessary, to make blending easier.
