Enough water to boil macaroni
2 cups low carb elbow macaroni
4 Tablespoons butter (1/2 stick)
1 small carton heavy cream
12 ounces cheddar cheese
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
How To Prepare:
Cook the macaroni as directed on package,drain and return to pan stir in butter.
Heat remaining ingredients in a separate pan, stirring constantly, over low heat 5-10 minutes. If still too soupy, increase heat slightly and continue stirring for 5 more minutes.
Slowly add macaroni to mixture.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
