Description:
Ingredients: 3 bags spicy pork rinds
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 T. garlic powder


1 T. onion powder
1 T. dry mustard
How To Prepare: Mix all ingredients in food processor until finely blended. Coating sticks really well when you coat meat with mixture of egg and mayo first. Fry or bake.
Number of Servings: depends on meat
Preparation Time: 2 minutes

Positive aspects of the product (pros): looks like chicken fried steak when done. taste great too.
Cons:

i added more cheese to mine. i would say a cup of parm per bag of pork skins. this was a great way to make my favorite meal"chicken fried Steak". i had missed it so much.
