Description:
Ingredients: 3 Egg whites
1/8 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
Flavored Syrup or sweetner to taste
Cinnamon - Optional
How To Prepare: Beat the egg whites and Cream of Tartar until stiff peaks form. slowly add your sweetners/cinnamon while beating. Lightly spray a Corningware dish w/Cooking Spray and dump your mixture into the bowl. Bake at 375 degrees for about 10 minutes or until browned on top. Comes out with almost an Angel Food Cake consistency.
Tastes good with butter.


NOTES : Counts for syrup/sweetener and cinnamon not included in totals.

Cons: none

This was yummy. It has very few ingredients and can be whipped up in a jiffy. I could have eaten the whole thing, but had to share it with hubby.
