Positive aspects of the product (pros): Have lots of deer meat
Cons:

Can I ask why the vinegar? I've always soaked mine in milk over night to tenderize and to soak out the gamey taste, plus I cook in a crock pot for 7-8 hrs. but this is the first time I've heard of vinegar.
