1 stalk celery
1 package spinach
4 boneless, skinless chicken breats
salt to taste
How To Prepare:
Make stock using chicken and salt to taste.
Strain stock, cool chicken and cut in bite size pieces. Add the chicken, thinly slice celery, and package of spinach.
Simmer for 2 hours. When soup is complete serve with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese. Very good, give it a try!
