Description: Recipe is from Favorite Brand Name Low-Carb Recipes. Instead of chopping up a tomato for this I use petite canned tomatoes, which has 6 carbs per .5 cup (each can has 3.5 servings total). I love seafood and I make a pot on Sunday, I have a delicious low-carb soup for lunches for the week!
Ingredients: Celery, onion, tomato (or canned), minced garlic, Zatarain's Creole seasoning, Italian Seasoning
How To Prepare: Stove top: simmer base ingredients for 30 minutes; then add seafood mix, simmer 15 minutes and done!
Number of Servings: 4-8
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: 6-8
Preparation Time: Less than 1 hour.
Effort (Easy, Average, Difficult): Easy.
