Description:

Egg drop soup. Eggs make a perfect substitute for noodles.
|

Ingredients:
|
1 cup chicken or beef broth(I prefer beef)
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
10 large ripe olives, sliced
1/4 cup chopped mushroom stems and pieces
1 tsp minced garlic
1 Tbsp. minced onions
1/4 cup chopped celery
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
1/4 cup shredded monterey
2 Tbsp. heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup cubed ham
black pepper to taste
sea salt or iodized salt to taste
dollop of sour cream(optional)

How To Prepare:
|
Pour broth into saucepan, cook on medium heat until it boils. While waiting for it to boil, add garlic powder, salt, pepper, minced onion and soy sauce. Once it starts boiling, slowly stir in two beaten eggs then turn the heat off. Stir in the rest of the ingredients omiting the shredded cheese. Once mixed, top with cheese.
