Great for a cold winter day! Very rich and filling. It's so good!
16 oz jar of oysters in liquid.
3 celery stalks finely chopped
1 small onion finely chopped
2 bay leaves
1/8 teaspoon of Old Bay Seafood seasoning
1 quart of heavy cream
How To Prepare:
In a med size soup pot sauté onions, celery and bay leaves in better until tender.
Remove bay leaves. Add Old Bay seasoning and oysters. Let simmer for about 20 min.
Number of Servings:
4 - 6 servings

Mostly from the Oysters, they are 4.08 grams per 3oz
