Quick Cooking-Reiman Publications Sausage and Spinach Soup

This soup is so good, it originally called for 8 potatoes, diced, but I substituted cauliflower, and it was VERY tasty! The sausage gives it a bit of a kick!!!
1 lb bulk italian sausage-cook/drain
1 pk Italian dressing mix(dry)
2 cups cauliflower florettes
1 10oz package frozen spinach or 2 cups fresh
4 cans chicken broth
salt to taste
How To Prepare:
Cook Italian sausage thoroughly, drain. In soup pot, mix broth, dressing mix, and cauliflower, bring to a boil, lower heat to simmer, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Add drained sausage and spinach, heat throughly, serve.
