Description: This is a low-carb supper I truly enjoy on cold New York nights. I don't do alot of measuring, I just "eye" everything. So add your spices to your desired taste. Enjoy!
Ingredients: 1 lb. of lean ground beef
1 small white onion
1 green bell pepper
1 tablespoon minced garlic
Goya Adobo Seasoning
Ground Cumin
Chili Powder
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar
2 tablespoons of sour cream
1 can Del Monte Petite Diced tomatoes with Jalepenos
How To Prepare: Brown ground beef in saucepan until brown. Season with Goya Adobo Seasoning. Drain fat. Add can of diced tomatoes. You can add a can of water to change the consistency but I don't. Add garlic, ground cumin, chili powder, onion and bell pepper (diced). Remember, I really don't measure with this recipe because it goes according to desired spiciness. Best thing to do is play around to desired taste! Let simmer for a good 30-45 minutes. Spoon into bowl and top with shredded cheese and sour cream! Enjoy!
