1 cup water.
2 tblsp Chicken flavored soup base.
1 cup cooked skinless boneless chicken thighs or any chicken (skinless).
1 16oz bag frozen stir fry vegetables.
1 half pint whipping cream.
How To Prepare:
Cut chicken into small pieces
Bring water and soup base to boil
Add entire bag of vegetables and the chicken.
Bring to boil again,turn down and simmer until vegetables are soft.
Mash until somewhat soupy w/ potato masher
Add whipping cream.
Number of Servings:
4- 1 1/4 cup servings
