1 chicken breast half without skin -- (1 to 2)
or 1 cup cooked chicken diced
1 can la choy fancy mixed oriental mixed
14 ounces chicken broth
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon soy sauce -- (1 to 2)
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
crushed red pepper flakes if desired
How To Prepare:
Sautee chicken in 1T oil if using uncooked- cook through.
Add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 5
