boil 2 lobster tails in 3 cups of chicken boulionadd parsley and 1 bay leaf, white pepperboil for 10 to 15 minutesremove lobster shells and place on side to cool -when they cool cut lobster meat out, dice and put in soup -then add 2 cups of heavy creambring to boil and servesprinkle top with grated cheddar and some nutmeg.It is delicious but because I did not put in flour or cornstarch to thicken, the consistency was like milk. I am goingto try putting a tablespoon of flour next time when I findout how many carbs are in it. I like it thick but I have tosay this was extremely delicious.....;-)
