Ingredients: 1 bunch asparagus
1 box chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 small onion
salt and pepper -- to taste
butter -- to taste
How To Prepare: Steam Asparagus till tender. Mince and fry the onion till soft. Add asparagus and onion to blender and puree with a bit of the chicken broth. Add to sauce pan with remainder of chicken broth and heavy cream. Cook on medium heat till hot. Serve in bowls
with a pat of butter and salt and pepper.
Number of Servings: 10

Positive aspects of the product (pros): ITS YUMMY!

this recipe was easy and good. mine would have been even better had i not pureed it so much--left it a little chunkier. but the awesome thing was that my 2 yr old finicky eater couldnt get enough!

This soup was great. I left a few spears chunky to make it more hearty. I also added a chunk of cream cheese to it also. Will make this one again.
