2 cans beef broth
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. mild ground pork sausage
12 to 16 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 t. ground black pepper
1 cup finely chopped onions
1 can Rotel diced tomatoes with peppers
1 T. minced garlic
How To Prepare:
Brown meat until done; drain. Combine in large pot all ingredients except the cheese and simmer for about 15 minutes. Add cheese and simmer on low until it's melted. For a thinner soup, add more broth; for thicker a thicker stew, add more cheese. Enjoy!
