3 pounds pork -- chicken or beef (3 to 4)
1 can whole green chiles -- 1 28 ounce can
1 small onion -- diced
14 ounces canned tomatoes -- diced
2 tablespoons chili powder
garlic salt -- to taste
How To Prepare:
Dump all into crock pot. Cook all day until meat falls apart. Use for tacos (La Tortilla Factory low-carb tortillas) or just add shredded cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream and salsa for a taco salad.
NOTES : Carbs for whole green chiles not included in above total - adjust accordingly.
