1-2 pounds Ground Beef depends on how meaty vs spicy you want it
1 bag of Frozen Broc and Cal mix
1 medium can whole or diced tomatoes
1 small green pepper chopped up
1 Packet Wick Fowlers Chilli kit LEAVE OUT MASA FLOUR packet and Half of the chilli powder.. I choose this brand because all the seasonings are in seperate packs
How To Prepare:
Brown meat, and Drain.. add all ingerdients to a crock pot or large pot and simmer on low for a couple hours at least..longer the better
This is not SUPER low carb but its about 10 carbs for a big bowl and worth it! I scoop it up with Pork rinds or put some over some lettuce to make a kinda taco sald.. makes a good amount great to freeze for later!
If you cant find this kit in your store it has onion flakes, garlic, oregano, cumin, Red pepper, and Salt all at about a teaspoon each.and of course Chilli Powder I use about 3 tablespoons of the packet..thats 10 carbs CHilli powder is high in carbs in big amounts.
All the carbs except the chilli powder are good VEGGIE carbs! so dont feel bad!
