1 1/2 lbs Beef cut in 1 to 1/2 inch cubes
1lb of breakfest sausage
1 can diced tomatoes
1 small can of tomato paste
1/2 pound crimini mushrooms
1 red bell pepper
1 green chilli mild or hot
beef buillion cube or tsp of paste, adds a hearty flavor
1 sm onion chopped
2-3 tbsp chilli powder
1 tbsp paprika
dash of celery salt
1 tsp of thyme
dash of season salt
cracked pepper to taste
1 lb grated sharp chedder cheese to garnish
1/2 to 1 cup of water depending how thick or thin you want it.
How To Prepare:
Fry up beef and sauasge about 8-10 mins with spices and onion, dump into crock pot. Add tomatoes and paste mix.
Slice peppers, mushrooms fry in tbsp of olive oil to give color and flavor. Dump into crock pot, put crock on low heat and leave alone for 4 hours.
