4 cups shredded Romaine lettuce
1 sm. red onion, diced (or less)
1/2 lb. cooked ham, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese
1 cup mayo (not Miracle Whip)
2 tblsp. snipped fresh dill OR 1 tsp. dried dillweed
2 (or more) hard boiled eggs, sliced
How To Prepare:
Place lettuce in the bottom of a clear glass bowl. Cover with a layer of onion, then the ham, cheese and the mayo already mixed with the dill. Arrange the slices of eggs over the top. Cover with plastic wrap and chill several hours. Just before serving, toss well to coat.
