Marinade steak in vinegar with salt and pepper for about 15 minutes. Over high heat melt butter in a frying pan with some garlic powder and minced onions. Sear steak tips on both sides in the frying pan then promptly move to the broiler on high to complete. ( I cook to medium well but you can cook to suit your taste.) Turn off the heat form the fry pan and quickly add 1/4 cup of heavy cream and sprinkle in some parsley flakes. Stir to remove all of the bits of flavor from the pan into the sauce. Chop up some romaine and whatever veggies you like in your salad, Pour the sauce over the salad. Sprinkle with cheese if you like and finally top with the pieces of steak tips.
