Cut the arabic bread into one inch pieces. Either fry in oil or bake in the oven until crisp. Chop all the vegetables and toss together. Mix a tablespoon of sumac into about a 1/2 cup of EV Olive Oil. Chop the fresh mint and toss in the salad, squeeze the lemon over the veggies and pour the oil and sumac on top. Toss until everything is well coated. Chill. When you are ready to serve, sprinkled the fried bread on top and toss.
