This is very easy and yummy.
7-8" peeled Daikon Raddish
2T rice wine vinegar
1T soy sauce
1T sesame oil
Toasted Sesame Seeds (optional)
How To Prepare:
With vegetable peeler, make long ribbons of Daikon Raddish. Add all other ingredients. Let sit for 20-30 mins in fridge to mingle flavors. Prior to serving, spring with sesame seeds.
