8 cups (about 1 head) romaine lettuce-cleaned and cut into bite sized pieces
10 cherry tomatoes-halved
10 pitted black olives-sliced
3 rashishes-sliced thin
1/4 medium red onion cut into thin rings and rings serparated
1/2 cup your favorite Italian Dressing
1/3 cup shredded parmesean cheese (not grated)
How To Prepare:
place lettuce in large bowl. Garnish with tomatoes, olives, radishes and onion. Just before serving toss with dressing. Sprinkle cheese on top-serve
