All Spice(enough to taste it)
Bulgar wheat(1/4 cup raw)
How To Prepare:
This is very satisfying and good for you.
Soak the wheat in warm water until soft...about thirty minutes.
While it is soaking, chop all of the vegies and combine in a large bowl. When it is soft add the wheat. From there simply use the the other ingredients so that they equal each other out, with the exception of the "all spice". It seems best when the spice is a bit dominant. You will know it is right when there is just a bit of a mild after burn.
