I had a jar of basil pesto in my refrigerator that was going to waste since I was no longer eating pasta so, in lieu of throwing it away and wasting $$$, I decided to try making something out of it! This is TERRIFIC over salad greens, chicken or a hamburger.
1 T mayonnaise
1/2 T red wine or garlic wine vinegar
1/2 T prepared basil pesto
1-2 shakes onion powder
How To Prepare:
Mix all the ingredients together well and serve. Makes approximately 2 tablespoons worth, enough for a serving.
Number of Servings:
1, Easily doubled, tripled, etc.
