flavorful,easy to prepare chicken salad that can be used as a side dish or the main dish.
1 boneless,skinless,chicken breast cut into 1 inch cubes 2-6 garlic cloves,finely chopped 1 1/2 C fresh spinach leaves or romaine lettuce 1 1/2 tbsp frank's red hot sauce 3 tbsp ev olive oil grated parmesan cheese 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice black pepper
How To Prepare:
add 1tbsp olive oil to frying pan,add chicken cubes,cook til no pink shows,add garlic,cook for about 3 more minutes,add 2 tbsp leftover olive oil,add hot sauce,lemon juice and pepper to taste,mix pan ingredients together,until hot sauce blends with oil.turn off heat.let cool 1-2 minutes.place lettuce on large plate,pour chicken and pan ingredients on top of lettuce,top with parmesan cheese and pepper to taste.
