1 Cup chopped jicama (mine weighed 7.8 ounces)
2 small stalks celery, about 4" each, sliced
1/4 C mayonnaise
1 ounce walnuts (about 1/2 a cup of halves)
dash liquid sweetener to taste (just to give the jicama the sweetness of apples)
How To Prepare:
Mix all ingredients. Chill. Serve
