4 C brocolli tops
1/2 C sliced red onion
1/2 C toasted pecans
1/2 to 1 C mayonaise
2 TBS white wine vinegar
2 packets splenda (or to taste)
bacon crumbles (optional)
How To Prepare:
Steam brocolli briefly until crisp-tender, rinse in cold water and drain well. Mix mayo, vinegar and splenda (to taste), then mix all ingredients together.
You could cut carbs by using half amount onion, and brown rice vinegar.
Number of Servings:
4 to 8
