1 large English Cucumber
1/2 red, orange, or yellow bell pepper
1/4 red onion
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tbs. mayonnaise
How To Prepare:
Slice open cucumber and remove seed flesh area (to avoid a watery salad). Slice cucumber, bell pepper, and onion in any shape/size desired. Mince fresh dill. Use as much as you want. Combine vegetables, dill, and sour cream together. I usually use about a 1/4 cup or as much as is needed to coat the veggies. Mix in 2 tbs mayonnaise and ground black pepper.
**When serving, sprinkle with salt but don not mix salt into salad when first making it as it will draw out liquid and make the salad dressing too watery.
