Ingredients: 1/2 head cauliflower (@5 net carbs - you can leave this out and double the brocalli if you want)
1/2 head broccalli (2 net carbs)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 lb cooked bacon

1 cup mayo
1/2 cup Splenda (adjust to taste)
1/4 cup red cider vinegar

Add the following if desired (May change Carb Count)
Roasted/unSalted Sunflower seeds (1.9 net carbs/oz)
Chopped Green onions
How To Prepare: Mix thoroughly the mayo, vinegar, and Splenda. Let chill a couple of hours.

Mix with raw cauliflower and brocalli.

Add other ingredients if desired (I love the seeds as they add extra crunch.)

Let set a little before you enjoy!
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: about 4 - 7 depending on the veggies
Preparation Time: 15 minutes not including chill time.
