Ingredients: 2 tomatoes (diced)
Half avocado (diced)
Half onion (diced)
1 stick of cellery (diced)
Some red pepper (diced)

3 mushrooms (sliced)
garlic (powder or fresh)
coriander (fresh or dried)
How To Prepare: 1)Mix all of the DICED ingrediants together.

2)Fry the mushrooms with oil, garlic and coriander (add to your liking)


The best thing about this salad, is you can leave anything out or add anything you really like. Add feta cheese or olives to create another variation!
