Ingredients: 1 quart mayonnaise
1 quart buttermilk
1 teaspoon Onion salt
2 teaspoons Accent
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons salt 2
teaspoons parsley flakes
2 teaspoons celery salt
2 teaspoons Guar Gum (for
How To Prepare: Mix all together and
refrigerate for at least 4
hours to let flavors blend.
When I got this recipe, it
was before Ranch
Dressing and it was used
by my children to top almost
everthing. They would have
tried it on ice cream if I had
not objected loudly. (HaHa)

Makes 2 quarts

NOTES : Counts for accent,
parsley flakes and guar
gum not inlcuded in totals.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Flavor!!! It's wonderful!
Cons: Uh, yeah, maybe the quantity is too much.

I love this stuff! Even my family loves it! It tastes soooo much better than Hidden Valley Ranch. The only thing you should be aware is: it makes a lot, so have a large container on hand. I halved the recipe, still got a ton of dressing. It's hard for me not to just eat this stuff like soup. lol

Cons: None, it is a keeper

Easy to make, makes a lot (I just made half a recipe) and with garden season ahead, bet I can find lots of ways to use it.
