1 medium avocado
2 cans tuna in water -- drained
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons cream cheese -- softened
1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper -- each
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 stalk celery -- diced
8 cups romaine lettuce
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
How To Prepare:
Peel and seed avocado. Mash lightly and blend in: drained tuna, cream
cheese, mayonnaise, celery, salt and pepper(taste for seasonings and
add more if needed -same with mayo and cream cheese). Toss lettuce with
oil, vinegar and lemon juice. Serve tuna-cado mixture on dressed lettuce.
I get 6 large, meal size salads out of this.
