1 hunk blue cheese -- fresh - danish, french, doesn't matter
16 ounces sour cream
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
garlic powder -- to taste
2 shakes tabasco sauce
white vinegar -- to thin if necessary
How To Prepare:
Mix all together and enjoy. The taste get more cheesy tasting it sits so you may want to add a little more sour cream to cut the taste after a day or so. It's AWESOME with celery!! Try it...you'll never go back to store bought!!
NOTES : Carbs for blue cheese not included in above total - adjust accordingly Blue Cheese - crumbled, 1/4 cup = 1 carb
