2 c. Leftover chicken or turkey cut into cubes
1/2 c Sliced Celery
1 small chopped onion
1/2 c. Sunkist Almond Accents
1 1/2 c. low carb mayo
half and half to thin
Morton Nature's Seasons seasoning blend to taste
pepper to taste
How To Prepare:
Mix chicken or turkey, celery, onion and almonds. Mix mayo, cream and seasonsings. Mix all ingredients and chill. Serve on a lettuce leaf.
