Description:
Ingredients: 1 head of cauliflour
8 hard boiled eggs
1 small green onion
3/4 jar of mayonaise
salt
pepper
dill weed
How To Prepare: boil cauliflour until tender,chop eggs and onion.Add all ingredient together and season to taste with salt and pepper. add dill weed to taste like pickles if you like.
Number of Servings: alot
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: not too many!

This is really good. I also added celery and no-sugar green relish (netrition.com) and a squirt of mustard. It was very creamy and was a great compliment to the grilled greek ribs.
